Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP Transaction Advisory Services practice provides dedicated transaction resources to both private equity and strategic corporate buyers. This is a great opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers
- Perform quality of earnings and quality of net assets analyses
- Analyze the financial operations of the target companies and identify issues that may impact the purchase price
- Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
- Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report
- Supervise junior staff and provide performance review feedback
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships/project management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent public accounting experience
- Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred
- Prior transaction advisory services experience is preferred
- Current CPA license required
- Demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence
- MBA or CFA is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at a time
- Willingness to travel
